The Journal of obesity and eating disorders aims to disseminate knowledge and promote discussion through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality research papers on all topics related to obesity. This scientific publishes all relevant topics in the area of obesity and eating disorders and the associated areas of obesity like metabolic disorders, childhood obesity, hypertension, cancer, diabetes, bone and joint problems, diet, Sedentary lifestyle, malnutrition and weight loss medication, etc.

Orthorexia is characterised by excessive avoiding of foods in view of assuming as unhealthy. It symptoms coincides with anorexia nervosa. Individuals with orothexia nervosa avoid dairy products, food containing artificial colours or preservatives.This journal is using Editorial Tracking System for online manuscript submission. Journal of obesity and eating disorders is an open access publisher which provides scientific information to all the researchers and academicians in all quarters.Bulimia Nervosa is an eating disorder characterised by binge eating and purge to lose weight by using laxatives and emetics. It is serious and dangerous disorder. This disorder leads to loss of potassium and health.

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterised by refusal to eat and maintain a healthy weight. An individual have a fear of gaining weight by consuming food. There are two types of anorexia, restricting type where calories are restricted by which weight loss can be achieved. Purging type of anorexia weight loss is done by using diuretics and emetics.

Binge eating disorder is an eating disorder characterised by consumption of huge quantity of food and feels powerless to stop consumption. The symptoms usually begin early adolescence. Binge eaters eat a lot even though not feeling hungry.

Obese is a condition where excess fat gets deposited due to less consumption of energy by which an individual gains weight and becomes obese. By becoming obese an individual gets strained to do physical activities like climbing, walking and daily activities.
